4 Qt. Pressure Cooker

Being a new user of a pressure cooker....

I have been searching for the settings on the internet and came up empty handed.

So, therefore, Would you David or Bob, give the the settings to make

Green Stuffed Peppers ( Meat Filling )..

I need the Time to cook these and the Pressure setting.
