24 hour Cooking Event Down South......

I see that they are having a 24 hour cooking event down South, and I see that Robert Irvine has joined in as a new chef down there........It appears that all of their chefs are going to be on with their goods......Anyone have plans to watch?????

I'm not much a fan of hsn, but I'll check out some of the goods. One thing there that makes it easy to see everything for an all-day event is that they will only show six or eight things and then just re-feature those few things all day long.

I am curious how they are going to do this with their newer chef base.....BUT do agree, that they do hawk the same items over and over, but wonder with a new captain at the ships helm, if things are going to be any different.......{#emotions_dlg.huh}

(It's OK to say HSN on these forums).

I might catch some, but not Robert Irvine. Not a fan of his.

I do see where they are going to have a special host by the name of Raul de Molina from Univision, but I do not know him..........{#emotions_dlg.confused1}

Re: 24 hour Cooking Event Down South......

I have started looking and have purchased 4 items. They have more flex pays, free shipping or reduced s/h. I love the drain buster or whatever it was called. They had the large and small clothes flip and fold sold together which was more expensive purchased individually. The rug spot cleaner was a good price. I purchased a 4 shelf unit for storage cheaper than on line..... this package arrived today and hope to put it together next week. I looked at the cooking event items. I may consider the cooker similar to the nuwave made by another company that is known for pressure cookers both stove top and digital. I just put my CE oval 5 quart pressure cooker in the trash because I could not find a replacement regulator knob...... I loved that PC but it only lasted 18 months before the knob broke. I wish I could find another oval PC!

I do not understand why the powers that be notice that soooooooo many people here have asked for another 8 qt oval pressure, like the one they used to sell........{#emotions_dlg.confused1} I am still cooking in mine after 14 + years, and cringe every time I use it, afraid that this will be the day it dies.......I prefer an oval, over a round......I had a Big Boss, and it died, but am expecting a replacement at any time.....but the company says it is out of stock due to demand, but I will get a brand new one with no shipping mine back, or having to cut my cord and send it in.........I bought it from Amazon.........
