I placed an order that was "preparing"=== not shipped.  So I did a chat and asked for free shipping.  They are supposed to credit my accout as they cannot make changes to my order!!  Woohoo saved $5.50!  (Ihope)!

I had placed an order with $5.50 shipping about an hour ago and was able to cancel it (after a couple of tries!) and reorder with the free shipping!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

@KingstonsMom - I had four items in my cart that I almost purchased yesterday, but I got distracted last night and never came back to check out. Boy, am I glad that happened!  Smiley Happy

Of course in the last hour of the Free Shipping event, the website has gone all wonky!  I keep getting error messages trying to access items, and the status page.  I have not been able to order in the past 15 minutes.
