I like the earrings below.
J427473 Affinity - Measuring approximately 1-3/4"L x 3/8"W, for $239.
@Kachina624 and other turquoise experts, would love to hear your opinions!

I'm no turquoise expert but I wouldn't pay that much for those earrings. I think they are over-priced by about a hundred bucks.

I wouldn't pay that, no way, I think they're overpriced by $175.00

SS isn't an expensive metal; but I do like Infinity.

These are $100 at Jtv dot com just to give you a comparison price. These are almost 1-1/2" long.

Thanks @SilleeMee I like the bigger stones and more contemporary design. But they may be too expensive, no info on the stone. I don't need them, so I can pass.

@SilleeMee I had bought these bigger dangles from HSN Chaco Canyon Kingman Turquoise earrings in Dec 2020 for $155, they are about 2 1/2 " long, but they really pull my earlobe in an unattractive way and I didn't notice for a while due to being housebound during the pandemic. So I continue to look. Maybe I should just have them altered, maybe that will work. But jewelry modifications are pricy too, and one never knows if they will work out.

What I would do with those is remove the top section where the post is located. That will leave a loop on the next section down where you could attach a leverback finding. The section you remove, with the post, can be worn as studs. You can do it yourself or have a jeweler do it for you.
ETA-
You could take it down to a two-stone dangle also. That would make them lighter to wear.

Thanks @SilleeMee that is a good idea. prefer leverback to studs, and they are studs, and they are longer than I prefer, so maybe removing the two top stones will work. I can probably find a leverback finding in Amazon, and sort of try it out myself. Good idea!
Or maybe look for a finding that I can attach one of the 2 stones removed to each earring. Always good to post. People have good ideas!

@NYCLatinaMe I got those Chaco earrings in the howlite and I use a big oversized backing on them to make them sit better on my ear lobe. It made a difference in how they look on me. You might want to try that if you decide to keep the earring longer.
Otherwise, converting them is a great idea too.
