tsv clasp

I love this bracelet but the clasp is now just coming undone and this is only the 3rd time I've tried to wear it. I hear the click on each closure and then it pops open. Even when I close the safety it pops it open. I know there are lots of complaints about the clasp but I thought I had a good one (at least for two times)......have any of you had it get worse after one or two wears. This would have been an everyday piece for me so I am bummed because if I don't return it I will lose it when it falls off!! Do you think it worth trying to get a repalcement??? I cancelled my waitlist for the other color. TIA
