I hope the items he sells on the Q are of better quality....I ordered an items from a certain morning shows steals and deals with a no refund policy - big mistake.

I had been looked for a NICE faux tennis bracelet. When I saw the Kenneth J Lane name and the price, I thought perfect.

Then I got it. Not so perfect, in fact it's terrible. It looks like something I would buy for $10 at Target. The clasp is so cheap, it looks like it won't last past a wearing or two.

I trusted the source and the name and took a leap of faith with the no refunds.

Next time I will pay the extra and buy from the Q (or somewhere that allow returns).

Now I am stuck.

If it were me., I'd be mad at the morning show, and less at KJL. Things often times don't work out, for whatever reason.

JCPenney carries KJL in their bijox bar area. that's in the fine jewelry dept, they have about a dozen designers. they call it their upscale bridge jewelry. they have a nice selection.

You should see what QVC has available. Right now everything is on sale. I don't think KJL line will be offered much longer. Everything is clearance, "as is" or "last clicks". KJL has been in bad health for years and with Barry Ort passing, who knows if KJL jewlrey will even be made anymore. If there's something you see that you may want, better grab it now.

Certain friends of mine wonder why I buy so much from TV, meaning the shopping channels. This is a perfect example why.

I'm as careful as I can be ordering online. I don't deal with companies that have a NO return policy. I also check other websites that sell the same thing and see which one offers me the best quality at the best price. I do think KJL's recent stuff isn't up to parr with what he used to sell. He's quite elderly and sick and with his friend Barry dying, it must be affecting the business.
