violann~~Good for you!  Hate to say 3 of my 4 are still "in process".  Glad yours were shipped though.

But the saga continues- now all three of the "shipped"  orders appear to be stuck in North Carolina.

curiously enough, I wish I were stuck there myself LOL.

violann and any others who have written on this post,  my rings are still in process.  Actually they both keep going back and forth from "in process" to "backorder".   For one of the rings there are a few hundred available and CS doesn't know why it keeps going to back order. These were the TSV from Or Paz from a week ago.    Anyway, I'm still hoping these will get sent out.  Never had this problem before.  Has anyone else had this problem with this TSV ring from Or Paz? Woman Frustrated

Two Or Paz rings Still "In Process".  I ordered another size, just in case and that one went right through right away and is in the mail.  The original 2 in another size just contintue to stay in process.  It must be some glitch in the system.  Hope I get them.....  Even CS tried but can't solve the problem.Woman Frustrated

Re: slow processing jewelry orders

HI  Yes I have had my orders take 4-7 days to ship. My Jewelery returns take even longer.

One of my Or Paz ring orders is from Jan. 6th and it is still in process.  The other ring order was made on the 13th, as I canceled the original order because it just wasn't getting out of "in process".  Now the second order for the same ring is still "in process".  I have never had this happen in my 24 years with QVC.  It seems there is a glitch in the system.  This is only happening for the size 6 rings (ordered 2 colors).  I resorted to ordering a size 5, even though I don't think it will fit, and it went out right away and I should get it today.  Customer Service is sending a message to the higher ups, to solve this glitch.  So for anyone waiting for a size 6, have patience!

Re: slow processing jewelry orders

I got two of the three shipments on Jan. 15th, and called today to make sure I wouldn't be charged for three.

Love the necklaces, so I guess all is well!

Re: slow processing jewelry orders

violann~~Glad you received your necklaces and that you like them.  For mine, 3 out of the 4 were shipped yesterday and one is still "in process".  Glad they finally went out and didn't have to go on waitlist.  But still won't receive them for a few days.  "Patience" is a valuable quality on this one.

Re: slow processing jewelry orders

Finally received my 2 rings on 1/23.  The Or Paz TSV.  Surprisingly I am not enthralled with them.  I think the long wait affected my thinking.  Will return 2 and am thinking about whether I will keep the blue one, the third one. I have very small hands and the ring is too much. It probably looks better on hands bigger than mine.  Hope you all got your orders too.Smiley Happy

Re: slow processing jewelry orders

I have ordered and watched my diamonique ring go from in processing to backordered to processing, back and forth, 3 now 4 different times... I called CS. She said the got more in stock on the 9th and that stock must be depleted. I didn't even bother to argue that I had ordere mine before that date and it was never on wait list when I ordered but it is now. She said the manufacturer must be promising to deliver because they never allow  backorder to go more then 3 weeks... I just want my ring!! Since I didn't ordere it under wait list I think they should make sure my order is honored , Smiley Sad
