Ordered a jewelry product on 3-12 has not shipped yet. Called CS this AM and was told it can take up to 5 days to ship out. Another reason I order less and less from the Q.

I too am concerned both about the shipping coming and going. I see today that I cannot track either. In future I will pay for my own returns, that way I know they will get where they are going in a timely manner and not by Pony Express by a so called private tracking system.

It's just so random.
I ordered two pieces of clothing late last week and they shipped out the SAME DAY.
I ordered two more on Saturday and they're still in process.
So frustrating.

They don't seem to ship anything over the weekend. That's part of the problem. I bought a few LOGO blouses over the weekend and they still haven't shipped.

OP, there have been several threads not that long ago that said the jewelry warehouse is having issues getting shipments out. A mod confirmed, but didn't elaborate.

I think it fast shipping is decided by what warehouse it ships from.
