Isn't the object to actually sell these items?

Honestly, is offering more than one incentive to buy a crime in West Chester or what!?

Had my eye on an Affinity ring, was elated to see the price had dropped until I noted TPTB also took away the EP. Sorry, on an almost three hundred dollar item, I don't think keeping the EP would've been rocket science...
