looking for an earlobe protector product

A couple of months ago I was watching PM Fashion I believe when a product appeared that allows one to wear heavy earrings without stretching or further damaging the earlobes. I received a heavy, but gorgeous pair of earrings for Christmas, but I fear my ear lobes will split wearing them. What is this product called? I would like to order it.
