Thank you for all your replies.  I will put both rendentions of this necklace in my Wish List and hope that the price goes down or that the Q will offer it at five value pays or with free shipping.

@newname0 I don't know if it was when you first posted, but the necklace is now on clearance of about seventy dollars and change with shipping and tax, so the price is a bit more palatable. Watching the video, to me, this seems a bit less over the top in silver tone than in the gold tone choice, but it's hard to know how they would read in person.

If you like it, you should wear it. Doesn't matter what we think. It's not my style. I'm not an Alice in Wonderland fan. If I did like it, I'd wear it with a simple white tee, jeans, and flats. I don't think it needs competing or matching colors.

I never wear custume jewelry.  No matter how cute.  Now if this was made with two tone 18K gold/platinum and diamonds/sapphires......now your talking!
