help with JAI croco and chain

I received in the mail today - someone who has the piece please answer- what do you have to do to keep the toggle from turning backward - it won't stay as pictured. the croc enhancer was loose in the bad which is unusual so I wonder if this was a return. thank you

I hook my croco through one of the little O-rings, not through that elongated link at the end. I use the second or third ring from the elongated link, so that the tail-shaped toggle is on the side. I ordered mine some time ago and got one of the first batch that was inadvertently shipped as 18-inch chain, not 20-inch chain. It fits my neck more like a 17-inch chain, and I suspect that might give it some more stability, too. If it isn't perfect you should send it back. It is way too pricey to be anything but PERFECT.

Try putting the toggle through by the other end first.
