I follow a Facebook group called The Court Jeweler.  Photos and history of royal jewelry from all royals (not just the British) are posted daily.  Love reading about it all.

Did we give it to the Queen?  It's a nice gift, to say the least.

By the way, the Queen appeared twice on the balcony today and called it a day.  Here she is:

That's not Prince Philip by the way.  It's the Queen's cousin, Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, 86.

Why not give her something from QVC?  This beautiful sapphire and diamond bracelet?

I believe she loves corgi's so why not a collar for her favorite dog?

The Hope diamond is said to be cursed and that the person who possesses it or even touches it has bad luck or dies.

@ValuSkr I think we all know that Prince Philip died.

I don't think we're giving anyone the Hope Diamond.

Love the Queen, but we're not about royalty, anyway.

You're right, Sammy.  The Hope Diamond resides in the Smithsonian museum and anyone can view it today in its updated setting.

Since we don't have any royalty, here is a picture of Princess Margaret with her crown.

@Love my grandkids   I mentioned it just in case.  Could have been Philip's ghost, I suppose.  Smiley Happy
