I am totally disgusted and hurt that QVC could care less about their customers, especially those that have been with them close to 30 years. It shows no loyalty to the people that look forward to these show. Big Bonanza silver and Creede silver strike are the only shows we have. Now we don't have that.

That horrible display yesterday was the worst ever. You showed nothing and just repeated the same items over and over again.

I don't know who is in charge there, but he ought to got a job he knows how to do.He hires new people that can't even describe or pronounce gemstones and fires people proven that they could do the job.

These silver shows are supposed to be silver not gemstones. Save that for gemday.

You took away the 4 hr silver shows once a month on sundays and show little to none weekly. Believe it or not, many don't want to see vacumn cleaners and fashion, fashion, fashion that all looks alike at astronomical stupid prices. Women's tops 50.00 and up, 100.00 jeans, 200.00 and up handbags.

seriously, come back down to earth and give us what we want and can afford.

@brcala Hate to burst your bubble but loyalty has nothing to do with jewelry shows. It's all about sales. If people aren't interested in buying jewelry and prefer vacuum cleaners, they're going to sell vacuum cleaners. If you were in charge, what would you do?

Jewelry sales are way down everywhere. ShopHQ and HSN have all but discontinued jewelry shows. People just aren't interested in buying. Even small jewelry stores in my area are either gone or are holding on by a thread, selling watch batteries. You need to readjust your thinking.

Compared to other retailers, I found that to be true; however, QVC is selling what customers are buying or is it because they lost interest in what QVC is selling. Jewelry and clothing sales have been down for a few years.

I can't expect QVC or any retailer to satisfy all my likes, so I am shopping at several other retailers that carry more of what I do like. Their quality control and customer service is excellent and they appreciate me as a customer.

Jewelry sales are way down and I'm sorry but silver is just not popular with younger generations.

I guess, but there are many of us who still love the jewelry shows and silver. They can't sell what they don't show and I think they should listen to their customers. When you have been with them as long as I have it is hard to change.

Except for certain brands like Imperial Silver and Ultra Fine, I'm not that mad about sterling silver. A lot of it might be over kill as fine jewelry on all shopping channels with the exception of gem shopping, is all sterling silver. JTV is almost wall to wall sterling.

Are jewelry sales really that far down or are sales diffused over more retailers? I know many of us don't like Shop LC (I do, watching very selectively) but they are taking a slice out of every shopping channel. Why else do you think Chuck Clemency went to them? Perhaps he is going down on the Titanic with them, but maybe not. Personally I have not stopped buying.

I would love to see a national sales breakdown, by UNITS, not dollars. I think price per piece is going way down.
