anyone else having website issues?

after reading reviews I decided if the black and white pearl necklace on 5 ez pays was still available for 5 ez pays I would order, i went to items recently aired and it stated 5 ez pays but when I put in the ordering process it was 1 payment. I did not call CS as I am sure they will just say sorry like the last time. I have had problems with their site all day, maybe I should be buying a new computer but when I go to other sites my pc works fine. hmmm, do you think it is fate saying "no, no"? Smiley Happy
