Good morning and happy Saturday to us all.

The sun is shinning brightly and glistening off the wet grass, but this belies the cold 40 degrees.

Our Passover Seder went exceedingly well. I can't believe that DBGD could tolerate sitting in her high chair for the 1/2 reading and then for the long progression of courses with only mild whining. Good girl. Unfortunately, only DS and she were able to attend from his family as the 3 others, along with her parents and sister, were unable to attend b/c of observance of Good Friday. Charlton Heston does his Moses incarnation tonight so, for me, Passover will really be in full swing. Ah, to hear Anne Baxter say so sweetly: "Moses, Moses, Moses!"

Clean up still has a long, LONG way to go to be complete. One more load of dishes remains to travel through the magical transformation of the dishwasher, but I'm too tired to do that now. All food was taken care of last night, and hand washable stuff, like my silver, was completed. The big chore will be to restore order to the dining room's appearance.

My cold is still hanging on, which is exceedingly annoying. But poor DH is not doing well at all. In his battle with asthmatic bronchitis he has aspirated gunk into his lungs where a secondary infection has taken hold. The sounds the poor guy makes when breathing gives hint to his nasty struggle. He's on different antibiotics and sees the internist in a week.

Off to continue the cleaning up progress. Hope to catch up with posts today or tomorrow.

Make it a great day!
