Good morning and happy Sunday to us all.

Grungy looking day out there. This is supposed to be the last day fo the current heat wave. It certainly is hot and muggy out there now, with the looks of rain headed our way. We could really use the rain after all the baking which has gone on the last two weeks.

Boo-hoo! I noticed in the early evening that my EternaGold anklet was missing from my ankle. So much for how secure the clasps are. Called the place where I had lunch yesterday and they didn't find anything but they said t call this AM in case something was found during cleaning. I don't expect to see it again. Boo-hoo.

I also realized that I again will not be with you for Miss Judie's shows on Thursday b/c of DS's surgery. I'll try to follow along on my iPad in the hospital, but last time I was there, for his bilateral hip replacements, it was very difficult. The hospital says it offers free WiFi, but no one there knew the password to connect! I really hope it works better this time as I will need something to distract me from reality.

My blueberry muffins are almost done, so I best get going.
