Good morning, and I just made it with that one, and happy Tuesday to us all.

Chilly but looking beautiful out there. Lovely clear blue skies.

DGD has/had strep throat. She was so brave and compliant with all she had to take yesterday. I am amazed that she is back in school today. My old fashioned mind says to let the antibiotic do its thing for 24 hours and then see what's doing. But a lot of things have changed with pediatricians nowadays. She going to be one tired little girl when school's done.

At first my DIL did NOT want a baby shower and it sees she has changed her mind. DS has informed me, with many explanation points for emphasis, that the shower's on and DIL's mom will help out. I guess that means I'm doing a shower. When I had a shower, and made one too with a small group of women, they were in private homes and had light food attached to it. Of course, that was in the dark ages and I have no idea if that's the way to do it now. Anyone know about baby showers today?

Off to get some things done and then to a hair cut. Hope to be back later to read some posts.
