Well this stupid forum did it again & dissolved my post when posting. Oy vey!

Good morning and happy Wednesday to us all.

Rain has gone but has left us with a really colder, windy day. Okay with that b/c there's no snow/ice.

Liking posting daily again but that will stop in a week or so when DBGD comes back for care giving. Right now DS has off and is happily caring for her.

Have a GYN appointment today. Not one of my fav things to do, but what can you do? Is everyone up on their annual stuff and monthly checking? If not, make a decision to take better care of yourself this new year, from the inside out.

Off to get ready for the gym.
