Good morning and happy Monday to us all.

Mid thirties right now and it's still dark so I can't tell if it's cloudy. As I mentioned, the bottom is to drop out of the thermometer as the system that has frozen the mid-west reaches us. Okay - it's almost officially winter. I'll adapt ... in my yummy DB coats.

DS was having a rough time yesterday. He still isn't clear enough so that they can take the pics of his insides which hold everything up. On the plus side, he sat in a chair twice and tried walking twice too. But he still isn't allowed anything by mouth, nor does he want anything. I warned him ahead of time that he'd laugh from my story about the cab ride and the constitution I took trying to find the store. It was the first laugh from him I've seen in ten days, so my mix up was well worth it.

My home looks like a train wreck. There are Chanukah decorations strewn all over the place, taken down but waiting for me to put them away. And the JRQ combos that I had out in just case I changed my mind on what to wear to the party - they have taken over a spare bedroom, along with possible other clothing outfits in piles everywhere. At 6AM on Saturday I just wanted to be prepared for any contingency.

Off to get some things done, then the gym & hospital. I'm hoping that some time can be squeezed in to read some posts and try to catch up.
