Oh my gosh, my post was unacceptable b/c I had the audacity to use the word w*i*c*k*e*d to describe the wind chill. Last week the president's last name, this week adjectives. Censors!

Good afternoon and happy Saturday to us all.

Yuck to the weather. Currently 22F, with a nasty wind chill, and 2 inches of fluffy white stuff on the ground. My DB faux fur never felt so good.

Just returned from an 11AM b-ball game which didn't begin until 11:30; we lost. However, I was ready to continue my Saturday laundry quest when DH informed that all water is shut off due to his plumbing foray. Oy! I'd much rather hire a "real" plumber, but it seems to be a matter of some sort of convoluted honor to DH to do it himself. My master bath is strewn all over my bedroom while I wait for water to return, hopefully today, if not sooner.

I had intended to make spit pea soup, but that will have to wait b/c of the water situtaion.

Okay, back to cleaning up the downstairs.
