Yet another tarnished Bronzo customer

I thought I'd give J266515 a shot and, while it's a very cool, very pretty cocktail ring from above, when I looked at the bottom of my hand, I was bummed to see a green finger. And tarnishing up and down the lower shank that won't wipe off.

QVC, what's the point of offering this awful rubbish if it only has about an hour shelf life before it basically implodes?!

Curious, how many of you have written to customer service (or called) regarding this problem?
