Bought 4 watches for Christmas gifts and 3 of the 4 were returns. Second hands a turning, no protective plastic over the faces and on the cushions all askew. Called CS and very understanding, send them back as defective, all return costs free and they will send me out "new" watches. Hoping all works out well since it's just about September and I have until December to get this straightened out. And so it begins. Now I must say that the watches are beautiful and I look forward to giving them as gifts. Ordered Pink, White and Turq and all the colors are beautiful, the faces are beautiful, the mother of pearl is so colorful, it picks up the colors of the bands, and last but not least, I got White and it is a bright White band. I love all of them, and of course the temptation is to keep them all for myself, but, alas, I must not. Now, I definitely have to add these to my wishlist and I can see making the decision about which color to chose is going to be difficult. Don't know if anyone else has had the same issue, but, I don't want to take a chance on giving a gift and the battery is already dead or close to it, and don't want to take a chance on the watches having or getting scratches on the faces. Very happy they will be replaced and will be making sure that they arrive the way they should.
