I was wearing a sterling bracelet yesterday and hooked my JR mabe pearl pink heart enhancer onto it that I bought a year and half ago (J265087) It fell off onto my wood floor. When I picked it up I saw that the pink had just chipped off in the center where it hit the floor to reveal some kind of brown material underneath...it looks like some kind of shiny wood? I was floored! Just....it just looked like cheap enamel that chipped off. I called QVC who put me in touch with JR and they are repairing it for $15....but I am DONE buying this stuff. I have been totally hoodwinked into thinking I am purchasing something that is quality...worth something...and I'm buying junk for A LOT of $!! I am too embarrassed to even tell my husband. We work hard for our money. I know this is really just a rant and JR is standing by the enhancer. I just wanted to share because with a designer day coming up, if I can make just one person think twice it will be worth it to have written this.
