Why so long to ship?

I bought Bixby pieces Saturday night and they haven't shipped. Bixby pieces in the past have come from a totally different location than the QVC warehouses. Anyone else experiencing this? Within a couple of hours they were "in process" so I couldn't change my mind but they are still in "processing"?????

I'd guess that they are shipping, but the QVC site hasn't been updated. Do you remember where your Bixby ships from?

I had an item (not Bixby) that sat in processing from 2/2 until today and as of now, it is still processing. I have no idea why it should take 3 days to pick the product & get it into shipping. There is no other company that is as slow to move things through the shipping process as QVC.

suzan - I've had the same problem with an order I placed on 1/30. It took five days to be shipped. But, like you, I couldn't cancel it, even within a half-hour of placing it. In my case, it was a lunchtime special (over-the-door shoe holder). They "sold out" very quickly and, even though I wanted two, I settled for one.

Then I noticed a short time after placing my order that more were available. I wanted to place another order to save on S&H and cancel the first, but I couldn't. So, their loss. I decided to just let the order for one go through.

But, I was very surprised that it took so many days for it to even be shipped. Why couldn't I cancel it, if it was just going to sit there that long? (I just checked the updated status and it's still in PA.) Frustrating, to say the least.

I find that QVC takes a LONG time to ship items. (I am sooo spoiled by Amazon Prime!). But here's a tip--I have been able to cancel an item sometimes by calling CS even if I can't cancel it online. Try it--it's worth the call!

I had an item in processing for 6 days. As I was looking at the order a UPS truck pulled up and delivered my package on the porch. Next day my order showed that it shipped. Some one isn't doing their job at QVC.

My Bixby is taking forever too! I ordered one on 1/31 and it didn't ship til today. The other was on 2/2 and is still in process! This is crazy. Don't they know I'm not patient. Lol

I'm still waiting for my Bixby items to arrive as well. It always takes longer to make it here to the west coast. I find postal service is generally faster than UPS which I find odd. It took forever for everything to ship, all were in process for several days. Now waiting anxiously as all are marked shipped.
