I broke down and bought a little charm to round out my collection that I love. I was hesitant because of the price. When I got it home though I was happy with it, until the 3rd time I wore it, came home to take it off, and all that was left was the silver cap part. The mother of pearl face was totally missing. I had written another review stating about the same thing and got a message that it was not going to be posted for….whatever reasons. Wish I would have kept a copy of both. Well, we will see if this one goes through.
I don't offten post or write reviews. I have written a few positive ones in the past and they seem to have been posted within a few days. It took about 3 weeks for them it notify me that they were not going to post this one.

Read the standards for posting reviews. What you have is a customer service issue and that's where your complaint should be rectified. You obviously had a product failure. FYI, I've had the same thing happen to charms that I wore a lot. I think the twisting and turning of your arm weakens the point where two pieces are attached.
IF you put no stars, people would just think you forgot to check that box.

Maybe because giving less than one star would be too, too cruel.
