I always wonder why it never occurs to the QVC planners to go back to some of the big hits of past years, update them, and replicate them.

It is very unlikely that I would buy anything made of CLAD, so that's one whole segment of Diamonique eliminated from my purchasing plans. 

Then small details- many times, the prongs on REAL yellow gold rings are plated with white metals or made of white metals. USED TO BE THAT WAY for yellow gold rings on the Q. Of course, it would not be cost effective to plate the prongs on very low cost items, but that's ALSO WHY I DON'T BUY THEM.

There is next to nothing offered in the old category of "Once In A Lifetime" Diamonique.

If there were something really interesting offered in 14k yellow or white gold, I might be interested. As it stands, probably not.

Vanna K has some beautiful designs on JTV in simulated stones.  She is a designer who does them in real diamonds/stones when not designing for JTV.

I too find her annoying why why do we need two hosts selling diamonique., all the experienced hosts have been selling diamonique for years and they do a great job and I've been purchasing for years too. They just repeat each other about the same piece. I've been buying diamonique for many years and I already know everything . I could sell it to especially since I worked on 47th street in NYC the jewelry exchange for many years. We just don't need two hosts for diamonique!!!!!!

My guess is that QVC is going to hire Erin permanently but is giving her a sort of "try out" period to see how she fits in with the other show hosts. Erin was pleasant on JTV. Don't know why she up & left them....

Mary Beth Rowe was on there for years when QVC got started!! She had a Silver Show every Sunday Morning, I would watch while getting ready for Church.....She was my favorite back then....She had her children and I assume quit for a whie, but now they are probably about grown so she is back!! Watch her for a while, she grows on you, I always loved her shows, I'm an oldie to QVC, I guess you can tell!! 

I have noticed the OLD diamonique has held its shine, most of mine is in real gold or silver, yesterday I recieved a tennis bracelet and it is not as shiiny as the OLD diamondique, but its pretty and was on sale so I will probably keep it!!
