Where's my jewelry order?

I find it frustrating that QVC still hasn't delivered my jewelry order from the last Gem Day event, yet is pushing more jewelry today.  Nope, not buying anything if they can't deliver.

Maybe you should address this to Customer Care or send an email to Social Team at QVC.com

The customer service team won't resolve a business process disconnect between sales, programming, and order fulfillment.
