I just received my second JAI bamboo bangle for $299.00.  The clasp will not open, period.  I had already returned one last Spring when the price was $239.00.  I assumed this was new inventory and I wouldn't have a problem.  No, it had the returned stock label on it.  Exasperating, I'll tell you.  I'd like to warn other possible purchasers.

@depglass   People have already been well warned by other reviewers.  There are several complaints similar to yours.  Sorry that happened to you.

depress the plunger completely down on the taller end

keep depressed while pulling the two sides apart

TheMemphisVette, thank you for all the trouble answering me.  I've even pushed into the desk with the top part of the button, no go.  Last time someone recommended oil.  That worked one time, then froze again.  And worst of all, THE WRITE A REVIEW BUTTON IS MISSING ON THAT ITEM.  I honestly am surprised QVC would sink this low.

@depglass   You must have received my return.  I received the same bracelet and could not get it to open no matter how much I pressed on the release latch.  I even tried to use a plyers to squeeze it open.  No luck.  I really do wonder if you received mine.  That's awful if they sent out a return even though I'm sure they do.

This one is a large, the one I got last Spring was a medium.  Sounds like the whole batch was bad.
