Where is the Ripka Jack O' Lantern Charm?

I was hoping to purchase this charm and wear it for Halloween! Remember Judith had a sketch of it on her Blog and it was suppose to come out this year.

Is there a computer wiz out there that can find it? Please! I wonder if we will get it?
