Re: What was the name of the jewelry designer......

I enjoy Barbara Bixby designs. Her web site is more expensive but I always had the impression the web site items were a little more detailed and she also offers all 14k on her site.

Her pieces are unique and feminine. They are special pieces and I like the fanciful feel of them. I looked forward to her shows on QVC and was disappointed when they stopped. I am glad her items are still offered on QVC, but I admit I have not bought any since she left.

She would often have a large spot during the Silver days. She was a QVC regular about 15-20 years ago.

This part sounds like it describes Whitney Kelly, who was featured for years on both Big Bonanza Silver Day and Creede Silver Strike. Barbara Bixby was on Gem Day but never on Big Bonanza Silver Day or Creede.

On QVC here she has many and I notice the discrepancies in the prices from one piece to another.

I saw a fairy on there! I've never seen her do a fairy before.Barbara Bixby S terling Silver & 18K Gemstone Fa iry Pin/Pend

Also a rose quartz 3 flower ring for $100 something which was surprising.Lots of other rings are much higher, even with semiprecious stones.

I wonder why they don't present

them anymore. Maybe in the contract or something she has that they can only be presented with her there, which she always was. I always enjoyed watching her.

Barbara Bixby's last show (although she didn't appear) was on QVC2 on July 7, 2020. It was also Antonella's final show.
