What was the name of the jewelry designer......

Do any of you remember the name of the jewelry designer, who was a woman who made elegant,but Bohemian style silver jewelry with gold accents?

She frequently had a silver vine motif with gold leaves in the vine - that is one of her signature rings with various gemstone accents.

She would often have a large spot during the Silver days. She was a QVC regular about 15-20 years ago.

I am wondering if she is still making jewelry.

@laraffinee,

That sounds like Barbara Bixby.

And wow she has a website and her prices have soared! I could be rich selling one of her key pendants I still have!

Wow you aren't kidding, I just looked and thought with those prices like $1900 for a key pendant that it'd be solid gold, it's sterling with gold accents like QVC ones!

As a jewelry dealer I like to find Barbara Bixby, just found a large grasshopper pin of hers, very nice.

Ebay has a completed / sold search feature, you can see what the keys sold prices have been.

Oh good!  I loved her pieces then and still do.

You may want to look on Ebay, there can be a lot of QVC & HSN jewelry that were sky high prices when retail, some not nearly as high now and can be in great condition.

I'm on my way this morning to the 3rd day of a bulk buying sale of QVC & HSN jewelry.  Most never worn which is typical when someone bought hundreds if not thousands of pieces.

@laraffinee - Yes, Barbara Bixby is still designing jewelry.  She still has some items available on QVC, and she also has a website for her jewelry.  Her name followed by dot com. On Facebook, she has a page entitled "Barbara Bixby Designs".
