What to do about items promised by Christmas that did not arrive?

I see on another thread that Muse Struck & Courtnab had the same problem...

I ordered a matching enhancer & earrings (in one order) that were supposed to arrive by Christmas... the earrings arrived on December 24 but the enhancer tracking still shows it's in Philadelphia. I called the Q that afternoon & the CS rep said it might still arrive, even though my mail delivery had already come that day.

I'm thinking about calling again & asking for a refund of my shipping charges... $7.22 for first class mail is ridiculous anyway... anyone have other ideas?
