I was so happy to receive my ginger monaco ring today, the main stone is gorgeous! I did notice when I took it out of the box that it was only in the pouch. Not wrapped with bubble wrap or in a plastic bag. I got to looking at the ring closely and oh no! A small chocolate diamonique stone was missing! And of course I will have to return it. But I want advice on if I should ask for an exchange or refund? This is the second piece of Judith Ripka Jewelry that I have received that had a diamonique stone fall out. I love the ring but I am just not sure if it is worth the risk. It is a lot of money to pay for a piece of jewelry and I am not sure that if a stone fell out after 30 days that I would even be able to get repaired. So I guess I am asking what would you do if you had my dilemma?
