I was going to purchase a cross pendant but the chain adjusted to 18" max. I like at least  a 20"-24" chain. What is your preference? Please and thank you!

I, too, prefer a 20" over 18" which can sometimes feel a little too confining.  I just use extenders on my shorter chains.

If it's a dainty pendant, a 16 inch chain.  If it's a larger pendant that I want to wear when I wear a sweater, sometimes 30 inches.

The larger the pendant is, the shorter chain I use.  If I wear a large pendant, I use a thick neck wire.  If you hang a heavy pendant on a long chain, it moves a lot.

As far as chains go, if I wear one plain , I like them to be 36-40 inches.

For a short chain I prefer a 18".  If I want a longer length in a single strand 30 or 36 wells well for me.

I hate sweaters, so most of my clothes are a scoop, V-neck, or shirt collar. I'm not a large person, so anything over a 16" is into the place where my cleavage should be (I really don't have any).  I prefer a 16" baby omega, which is hard to find these days, but I already have a stock of them!

For the most part, I like a 24 inch. Some necklines I like a 16 to 18.

So many pendants that come with chain are with 18"!  Just too

short for my taste and will keep me from purchasing it!

I usually wear 24 or 30. I can't wear anything under 20 as it drives me crazy.

Depends on what I am wearing. Mostly I wear 18'.  Love 16',especially SB turquoise pieces, brightens your face tremendously. Also love some 36' for some of my cocktail dresses.
