What is up with the long "In Process" status?

Part 1: On Sunday at 12:01 AM, I ordered a D&B purse in a color that I had been wanting.

In the meantime, my DD and I did a bag exchange and lo & behold, I ended up with a D&B close to the color I had wanted.

I was still a bit on the fence, but by Tuesday, when my bag had not yet shipped, I cancelled it. The Q's loss!

Now, on Saturday night, I ordered some INC items from Macy's - they were HERE Tuesday!!

Part 2: Thursday, I ordered a M Dawkins necklace and used my last spring EZ pay - Still in process!!!

Hmmmmmmm................
