Joan Rivers taught the world to not judge a book by it's covers. For many years I saw the foul mouthed comic I thought she was, but after a time, I learned that was just an act to play with the big boys of comedy. I was surprised to learn she was a close friend of the Reagans and actually a conservative in her personal day-to-day friendships. She had a kind heart and built an empire, the likes of which Donald Trump envied. I love to see successful women. Always look below the covers. There's a lot more to see than meets the eye.
