A bad design....It looks like something someone wears when they're trying really hard to look "artsy"...like they are a true creative type.

Depends - if I look at it in the first photo, my initial impression was of a rocket blasting off.

 

However, if it's turned so the red stones are on the left, it looks like a person (or a papoose) with a hood (the goldish stone being the face) and the top prongs the hands held in front.  Carrying something represented by the red triangular stones.

 

Pretty stones, but not a design I'd go for.
