What Costume Jewelry Does NOT Tarnish?

I used to buy Monet or Napier earrings in the department store and they would rarely, if ever, tarnish.

I can no longer find these two brands.

Has anyone had any experience with a nice costume brand that does not tarnish?

TIA

Things tarnish when they're gold or silver plated.  I'm sad to hear Napier and Monet are no longer available.  I have many pieces but have not shopped for or looked at costume for years.   Joan Rivers had beautiful quality jewelry in her heyday.  Have you looked for name brand costume on eBay?  That's where I'd look first.

I was going to say Joan Rivers too-

I don't know what is used, but the ones I have have never tarnished!

I love Monet jewelry, I remember when you could purchase Monet from Penneys.  I did find one at a small antique store.  And there is no sign of tarnish.  I also have a pair of gold tone hoop earrings from Steel by Design and they still look new and I also have some pieces from Emma Skye on HSN which have not tarnished.  Can't beat Monet though.

Re: What Costume Jewelry Does NOT Tarnish?

I own a lot of costume jewelry because I like bigger, bolder statement pieces.  I can honestly say that the majority of my jewelry hasn't tarnished.  It seems very hit or miss though.  I own a lot from New York & Co and most is fine but there are a couple pieces that tarnished horribly.  None of my Chico's jewelry has tarnished and none of my Ann Taylor Loft jewelry has tarnished either.

I own some Bauble Bar and some has tarnished, some still okay.  Heck I have a gold rolo style necklace from Dots that I got in the mid-90's and it hasn't tarnished at all.
