DH's response:  Four hours of each day must be spent on business matters. "Inspiration" like if he was observing at jewelry manufacturers, exhibits, etc. does count. Meals on those 4 hr. days also count. 

 

Lots of receipts and records of what/where you are required for documentation.

Driving around getting "inspired" is not exactly attending a business meeting.  Not picking on Scott, who is a JAI representative, by the way.  I've just always wondered about "inspiration" trips.  And is he really still a John Hardy employee?  Meaning JH facilities are manufacturing our jewelry?
