I had ordered a Judith Ripka piece some time ago that I don't remember the item number on, but it was a black leather bracelet with a magnetic clasp and a sterling silver heart dangle with diamonique stones. The magnetic clasp has broken and it seems to me I remember Judith saying that their pieces were under some type of warranty. I called QVC customer service today and they said that there was no warranty. I asked for a phone number so I could call Judith's customer service myself, but was provided none. Just want to know if there is truly a warranty and if so, what do I need to do to get the clasp repaired on this piece? Please advise. Thanks!
P.S. If there is NO warranty, I will not be ordering anymore Judith Ripka pieces
