This happened to me twice now. I waitlisted a JR cuff and as days went by I kept checking on the status. Lo and behold one evening while it displayed 'waitlisted', there actually was a cuff available in my size. So I called CS and she verified, yes it's true. So she snagged it for me and cancelled my waitlist order.
Now I've been held on waitlist for over a week now for the JR Braided Berge cuff in small. I checked late last night and no stock available and my order still showed 'waitlisted'. Early this AM, I noticed there were 9 small cuffs available...REALLY??? so I ordered one. The order went through and then I cancelled the other word still showing up as waitlisted. I don't feel comfortable now to waitlist something and leave it up to the Q to fill it in a timely manner. I take it many were returned because the small was really small and exchanged for average. That's what I take from the reviews. One didn't like it at all. So I knew some were coming back. But to show 9 this AM and not to activate the waitlist and automaticly grab one, I don't know what's going on with them.
Anyway I hope this small is a keeper and I don't find it too small for me too. After all this I hope it's a keeper.
Funny things happen.
