Wait listed necklace

There was a BB necklace I've wanted for weeks but it was on the wait list. I didn't want to purchase it off the wait list so I checked it every so often. Today I noticed that it was available and I bought it. I am supposed to get it next week, however, after I purchased it it went back on the wait list. Only one was available? does this mean that I am getting someone's unwanted return?
