WISH I WAS LOOKING FOR JEWELRY

Jewelry was always my thing and I have plenty of it.  I placed myself on a ban of purchasing jewelry due to my age and the quanity I have.  My Grands are not interested in my colorful rings, bracelets and necklaces.  They only wear small pieces.

I have just looked through the new jewelry listed and usually don't see anything that really strikes me as I always have something similar to any piece  I see that I llke.

That all changed today when I saw the Third Person Sterling Silver Tulip Cuff.  It even comes in an Extra Small.  I want that cuff but I can't bring myself to buy another cuff as I seldom wear the ones I have.  J434228  $719.98.  That one can tempt me.

That cuff is gorgeous.  I considered buying it. I have been collecting jewelry for 30 years.  It would coordinate beautifully with pieces I already own but I have so much jewelry already, I couldn't justify it.

@KathyM23    I saw that piece too!  It's GORGEOUS!!!

Like yourself though, I've bought more than my fair share of jewelry in the past.  I have gemstone tennis bracelets, matching rings, and necklaces in many cases.

Since I don't have any children, I've often wondered who I'm going to leave pieces from my collections to.  You're right about very young people not seeming to be into jewelry like I've been all my life.

Things will probably change in the upcoming years and they'll hopefully want it by then.  I'm also an only child.   My cousins have small children, but there's only one daughter in the bunch!

Certainly the design is very interesting, and overall the piece is striking, but I think it is quite overpriced.

I think it is okay to buy a piece of jewelry every once in a while if you really love it, want to wear it all the time, and consider it an upgrade--maybe get rid of an item you no longer wear.

I know I bought things I liked when I was younger that I no longer wish to wear.
