Thank you for the email Robin, and sorry for the slow reply. As you know, we always like to hear from our customers/friends about the good and the bad.

I am so sorry that the bracelet is not working properly, I can promise you this- we are working on it as we speak.

I have been traveling this past week,(on vacation with my family) but I will be in the office bright and early tomorrow.
This will be, in conjunction with my mother- and the people at QVC priority #1.

I will get back to you no later that Thursday of this week with some answers.

I can assure of this, I will make sure that you will be more than satisfied with the resolution.

I received this today (fast!!!) from Brian. Even if it is a form letter from Ripka CS, you gotta love him. We'll see what happens, but at least we know that now they know!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
