Java: thanks for starting the March thread. I hope March will be a more exciting watch collecting month. ${#emotions_dlg.scared}$ Temptation is fun, but dangerous. Looks like there will be some Invicta shows next weekend.... lots of Shop hours and temptation.

Hi ladies happy March to all!

We were or are expecting another snowstorm sometime today into tomorrow, they claim it's not going to be as bad as originally predicated but we ran to the jeweler to get our Android watches sized finally so I have been wearing mine all day. ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$ It's funny though that it doesn't feel as heavy sized as it did before I mean it still has presence to it.

More watch shows coming up at Shop? Give me strength. ${#emotions_dlg.ohmy}$

Luvit: I also find that once sized, even the heaviest watches don't seem that heavy after a few minutes of wear. Good thing, because some of my watches are heavy as bricks. ${#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}$ Enjoy your new Android. Remind me, which style?

Watches are the last thing on my mind! Life is becoming extremely complicated. I say that they have a JT release that is using a Japanese movement. They are also releasing some Speedway 40mm in nice color combinations (like a purple dial?)

Have also seen the promos for a new watch line to debut on HQ. It looks like another ladies/fashion line.

This evening they featured Versace watches.

I believe they are going to have a show of Once Onlys. Some of those watches featured seem pretty new? Really don't understand the pricing, because how can one by watches and then see them being offered at 50 percent below what they purchased. I know prices have always fluctuated, but the Once Onlys are coming out too soon.

It could be. They could have a bunch of "dogs" on hand.( Items that didn't sell well for some reason.) There could be a lot of returns. Sometimes they are going to be discontinued. Sometimes the Once Only discounts are excellent, sometimes not. Sometimes shop will get a vendor to introduce a piece as a Once Only! Sometimes the Once Onlys try to match prices elsewhere.

Then the Clearance price isn't that much more than the Once Only, so if you miss them, it's not a big deal.

Luvit: like that Android biolume watch. I can see why it's heavy.... 45mm and 9 oz. ${#emotions_dlg.blink}$ Some of my watches are 8 oz, but not more than 42mm. And for me.... that's almost too much. Guess I need more time in the gym. ${#emotions_dlg.lol}$ Carrying my heavy handbags hasn't built up enough upper body strength. Enjoy your new watch.

Java: I like the once only shows when every item is a once only and a great price. But I agree, that's not always the case. Sometimes only 1 or 2 items are once only and some of the prices aren't very special. But sometimes, especially when the supply is very low, the prices are really great and it's hard to resist. I've passed up some great buys (I have some control ${#emotions_dlg.lol}$ ), but I keep looking at those watches and thinking that I wish the price would go down again because I want them. Wink I look for the better watches that are half off or more.

LJ - yes my watch is not for the weak wristed folks but speaking of a workout I just started carrying my D&B Florentine Smith bag last week and wow will I have to rethink what I put in it especially my wallet which is a Lee Sands eelskin wallet that holds everything I may have to look at a Vera Bradley type wallet.

Hubby wants the 48mm blue biolume whenever the price drops again.
