Visual difference with sapphire vs DMQ in the Monaco rings

Some of the Monaco rings (in the JR2 and Courture lines) have different colored sapphires. Do the sapphires look visually different from the stones (clear or colored) in the Q line?

Do the white sapphires sparkle like the DMQ or real diamonds? Always wanted to clear this up....thanks so much!
