I love all these rings -- gorgeous!

Re: Virginia's Heirloom Ring

I have the middle one in beautiful rhodolite garnets.  I think that one is my favorite.  I remember the purple glass one.

I don't care for the shape of the stones in the new one.

Re: Virginia's Heirloom Ring

I bought the Virginia's ring in the purple glass about 20 years ago.  Very pretty.  I gave it to my niece because she admired it so much so I no longer have it.  But I like it better than the new CZ version.

Re: Virginia's Heirloom Ring

I never did like it in any version. But then I'm out step with a lot of things that are popular.

Re: Virginia's Heirloom Ring

I have both the original purple ring and the glass intaglio and love them !    I feel the original is prettier because of the oxidation which sets off the purple nicely plus it gives it the look of Heirloom.  The new version is too bright in the metal especially in the white .  It looks much chunkier as well which I don't like .
