Customer service was fantastic today and took care of my items that magically disappeared when I placed my final order from JR's last visit. My necklace was reordered at the OTO price with the EP option, my watches were reordered and they are in stock so they will be arriving in time for gifts and the EP option also available. Very pleased with CS. Now, for the bad news, the Pink Asscher cut earrings arrived with a little bit of someone else's u*g*h on the post. Needless to say, Return! Hopefully, the next pair will be New and not a Return. So ladies beware of earrings that are arriving, lots are on waitlist and the return items are going out and they're not in pristine condition. I must say, the earrings are absolutely gorgeous and I look forward to a replacement pair. They are weighty and a perfect size. Didn't try them on, but they will fit perfectly. The color is beautiful, toward Rhodolite, Rose Garnet in that color range. A wonderful change from light pink colors. Very elegant and I look forward to wearing them. Highly recommend these earrings and will return for the round and also in the clear stones. Was not sure when I ordered, but a definite keeper. Pug
