Hi Ladies....

I ordered the estate cuff in clad on waitlist. (I have it in silver and love it.) My waitlist order just arrived. I had a feeling it was a return. But when I opened it, I was shocked and so angry. Not only was it a return, but the person who returned it squeezed it to make it smaller and completely damaged the cuff. I spoke to CS and had my waitlist order reinstated but this is such a pain. I wrote a detailed note with my return explaining all this so hopefully this damaged cuff will not be shipped out to anyone else when they get my return. sooooooooooooo frustrating!!
